We are looking to move into the area. Here are some of our wish list items: 20-30 min train ride into center city 2. Great schools 3. walk to shopping and dining 4. not a snobby place 5. a lot of town activities-parades, youth sports etc 6. nice homes 7. low crime 8. art community

I never lived in the area, but spent a lot of time in Conshohocken. You could look into that area.
